RESOLUTION NO. 2020-105
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH 3 LITTLE LAMBS, LLC, FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW COMMERCIAL BUILDING,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Development Agreement dated February 17, 2020, between 3 Little Lambs, LLC and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the construction of a new commercial building, located at 1809 Black
Hawk Street,is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of February 2020.
