Moved by Morrissey, seconded by Klein, that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Voice vote
- Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Morrisey, seconded by Klein, that the Minutes of November 16, 2020, as proposed, be
approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Klein, seconded by Morrissey that the request for the following travel requests, be

as submitted by Community Development, be approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion
carried.

Moved by Juon, seconded by Morrissey that Bills Payment, as contained in Accounts Payable
Invoice Report, dated November 23, 2020, in the amount of $6,488,313.14, be received, placed on
file and approved and forwarded to the full council for approval. Voice vote - Ayes: Three.
Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Klein, seconded by Morrissey
that the meeting be adjourned at 5:17 p.m. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
