Dear Brian,
Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Engineering Services for the above -referenced project is
enclosed. The purpose of the amendment is to change the completion date for Strand Associates, Inc.®'s
engineering services as a result of the change in the Final Completion date for the construction Contract
between the City of Waterloo and the general contractor for the project, WRH, Inc.
There is no change in cost for engineering services as a result of this amendment.
