RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH THE WALNUT NEIGHBORHOOD
HOUSING COALITION TO PROMOTE DEVELOPMENT IN
THE WALNUT NEIGHBORHOOD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated December 07, 2020, between Walnut
Neighborhood Housing Coalition and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to promote development in the
Walnut Neighborhood, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December 2020.
