RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AN
AGREEMENT WITH WOODRUFF CONSTRUCTION LLC, OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR A NET INCREASE IN THE
AMOUNT OF $14,195, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 5
SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER 2020
SKYWALK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 1 to an Agreement, originally executed May 7, 2020, with Woodruff
Construction, LLC, of Waterloo, Iowa for a net increase in the amount of $14,195, in conjunction
with the 5 Sullivan Brothers Convention Center 2020 Skywalk Improvement Project, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December 2020.
