RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND MINIMUM
ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT WITH A AND K VENTURES,
LLC, ORIGINALLY APPROVED ON OCTOBER 22, 2012,
AMENDING THE COMPLETION DATES OF THE PROJECT
LOCATED AT 226 W. 13TH STREET, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to a Development Agreement, originally executed October 22, 2012, with A
and K Ventures, LLC, of Waterloo, Iowa, to amend the completion dates of the project located at
226 W. 13th Street, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December 2020.
