RESOLUTION NO. 2020-882
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AN
AGREEMENT WITH STRAND ASSOCIATES, INC., OF
MADISON, WI, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED ON OCTOBER 31,
2019, TO AMEND THE COMPLETION DATE, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
FY 2020 WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT DIGESTER
NO. 3 COVER REPAIR PROJECT, CITY CONTRACT 1021,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 1 to an Agreement, originally executed October 31, 2019, with Strand
Associates, Inc., of Madison Wisconsin, to amend the completion date, in conjunction with the
Engineering Services for FY 2020 Wastewater Treatment Plant Digester No. 3 Cover Repair
Project, City Contract 1021, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December 2020.
