RESOLUTION NO. 2020-866
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., SETTING DATE
OF BID OPENING AS JANUARY 28, 2021 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS FEBRUARY 1, 2021 IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2021 GREENBELT LAKE
REAP GRANT PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1042, AND
INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction with
the FY 2021 Greenbelt Lake REAP Grant Project, Contract No. 1042, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Greenbelt Lake REAP
Grant Project, Contract No. 1042, be scheduled for January 28, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet virtually via Zoom, at
5:30 p.m. on the 1st day of February 2021, to hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY
2021 Greenbelt Lake REAP Grant Project, Contract No. 1042.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
