Members present: Boesen, Amos, Morrissey, Klein, Feuss, Grieder, and Juon.
Moved by Juon seconded by Grieder that the Agenda,as proposed,be approved. Voice-vote Ayes:
Six. Motion carried.
Objective: Discussion on holdingtwo wo city council meetings per month.
Kelley Felchle, City Clerk, reviewed the needed additions to Title 1 should council vote to meet
twice monthly.
Several council members provided feedback with the majority of council supporting the change.
Mayor Hart thanked council for the task given and thanked the City Clerk for her hard work and
efforts in researching and making the multiple contacts necessary to draw up the documentation
and schedule for the proposed change.
Objective: Discussion of rules pertaining to council member presentations, to be included in the
city council rules of procedure.
Mrs. Juon provided background on her proposal to incorporate rules of procedure whereby council
member and/or council member sponsored presentations are to be conducted during a council work
session and not at the regular session.
Council provided comments and suggestions on the matter with the majority of the council
agreeing to move forward with a vote at regular session.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Amos seconded by Feuss that the
meeting be adjourned at 5:10 p.m. Voice-vote Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
