RESOLUTION NO. 2020-889
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE OFFICE OF HEALTHY
HOMES AND LEAD HAZARD CONTROL GRANT, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $3,384,678, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Office of Healthy Homes and Lead Hazard Control Grant, in the amount of $3,384,678,
to rehabilitate homes and rental properties by removing lead hazards in homes with children
under the age of six, is hereby accepted, and the is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December 2020.
