RESOLUTION NO. 2020-892
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS JANUARY 7, 2021 AND DATE
OF PUBLIC HEARING AS JANUARY 19, 2021, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2021 CENTER FOR THE
ARTS PARKING IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 3, NORTHWEST
HALF PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1004, AND INSTRUCT
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2021 Center For The Arts Parking Improvements Phase 3, Northwest
Half Project, Contract No. 1004, is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Center For The Arts
Parking Improvements Phase 3, Northwest Half Project, Contract No. 1004, be scheduled for
January 7, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet virtually via Zoom, at
5:30 p.m. on the 19th day of January 2021, to hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY
2021 Center For The Arts Parking Improvements Phase 3, Northwest Half Project, Contract No.
1004.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
