RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.,
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$59,500, FOR CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2021 E. SHAULIS ROAD
TRAIL EXTENSION, PHASE II PROJECT, CONTRACT NO.
1012, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 14, 2020, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $59,500, for
construction related services in conjunction with the FY 2021 E. Shaulis Road Trail Extension,
Phase II Project, Contract No. 1012, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December 2020.
