RESOLUTION NO. 2020-905
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
SIDEWALK ASSESSMENT FOR 1017 INDEPENDENCE
AVENUE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $202.45, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY BLACK
HAWK COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessment for 1017 Independence Avenue, in the amount of $202.45, is hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment is hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against the amount, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December 2020.
