RESOLUTION NO. 2020-907
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH THE ORANGE NEIGHBORHOOD
ASSOCIATION TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE
ASSOCIATION REGARDING DEVELOPMENT OR
IMPROVEMENTS IDENTIFIED IN THE MOU AREA, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated December 21, 2020, between the Orange
Neighborhood Association and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to communicate with the Association
regarding development or improvements identified in the Memorandum of Understanding area,
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December 2020.
