RESOLUTION NO. 2020-909
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.,
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$89,800, IN CONJUNCTION WITH A TRAFFIC
ENGINEERING STUDY FOR THE 4TH, STH, AND 6TH
STREETS CONVERSION OF ONE-WAY COUPLETS TO
TWO-WAY PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 21, 2020, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$89,800, in conjunction with a traffic engineering study for the 4th, 5th, and 6th Streets
conversion of one-way couplets to two-way project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December 2020.
