RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO'S PURCHASING PROCEDURES POLICY TO APPROVE
THE PURCHASE OF A MIXED LIQUOR RECYCLE PUMP FROM
ELECTRIC PUMP OF DES MOINES, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$127,833.27.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of a Mixed Liquor Recycle Pump, in the amount of $127,833.27, from
Electric Pump of Des Moines, Iowa, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of December 2020.
