RESOLUTION NO. 2021-002
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS JANUARY 19,
2021, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2021 HIGHWAY 63
ENHANCEMENTS FROM WASHINGTON STREET TO
PARKER STREET, CONTRACT NO. 1029, AND INSTRUCT
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2021 Highway 63 Enhancements from Washington Street to Parker
Street, Contract No. 1029, is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet virtually via Zoom, at
5:30 p.m. on the 19th day of January 2021, to hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY
2021 Highway 63 Enhancements from Washington Street to Parker Street, Contract No. 1029.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
