AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, TO APPROVE A REQUEST BY A& T
TRUCKING, LLC, FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE
"M-2, P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO ALLOW
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 4,350 SQUARE-FOOT
TRUCKING FACILITY LOCATED SOUTH OF 2280
NORTHEAST DRIVE, AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
THE NORTHEAST DRIVE AND MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.
DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the request by A&T Trucking, LLC, for a Site Plan Amendment to the
"M-2, P" Planned Industrial District, to allow for the construction of a new 4,350 square-foot
trucking facility located south of 2280 Northeast Drive, at the southeast corner of the Northeast
Drive and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, and legally described as follows:
LOT 1, NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT NO. 5, WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
RECORDED PLAT THEREOF, CONTAINING 5.05 ACRES, AND SUBJECT
TO EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD
shall be and is hereby approved.
