BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the request by MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center for a Site Plan Amendment to the "S-1" Shopping District of the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10- 4-4 of Ordinance No. 5079 as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, to allow for the construction of a new physical therapy and wellness center, located at 2206 Kimball Avenue, and legally described as follows: UNPLATTED WATERLOO WEST, BEGINNING AT A POINT THAT IS 33 FEET NORTH AND 33 FEET WEST FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 34.
