RESOLUTION NO. 2020-881
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH OPENWATER PROPERTIES, LLP, FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SINGLE FAMILY HOME,
LOCATED AT 2100 ANSBOROUGH AVENUE, WITH A
MINIMUM VALUE OF $150,000, AND APPROVING A
DEVELOPMENT GRANT OF $5,000, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement with Openwater Properties, LLP, for the construction of a
single family home located at 2100 Ansborough Avenue, with a minimum value of$150,000,
and a development grant of $5,000, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December2020.
