RESOLUTION NO. 2021-006
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE
FY20 CORONAVIRUS EMERGENCY SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDING
PROGRAM GRANT FOR LOCAL COMMUNITIES AFFECTED BY
THE COVID-19 VIRUS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $29,000, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
acceptance of a U.S. Department of Justice FY20 Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding
Program Grant for local communities affected by the COVID-19 virus, in the amount of $29,000,
is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute and accept said grant on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January 2021.
