RESOLUTION NO. 2021-008
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC.
AND SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS FEBRUARY 11,
2021 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS FEBRUARY 15,
2021, FOR THE FY 2021 SANITARY SEWER GATEWELL
REPAIRS PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 951, AND INSTRUCT
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2021 Sanitary Sewer Gatewell Repairs Project, Contract No. 951, are
hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Sanitary Sewer
Gatewell Repairs Project, Contract No. 951, be scheduled for February 11, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet virtually via Zoom, at
5:30 p.m. on the 15th day of February 2021, to hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY
2021 Sanitary Sewer Gatewell Repairs Project, Contract No. 951.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
