RESOLUTION NO. 2021-015 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PAYMENT OF INVOICES AS NEEDED (GENERALLY WEEKLY) BY THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT WITH SUBSEQUENT APPROVAL BY THE CITY COUNCIL. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Finance Department is authorized to issue and process checks weekly for immediate payment of amounts due, which if not paid promptly would result in loss of discount, penalty for late payment or additional interest cost, to be submitted and approved by the City Council at subsequent meetings.
