RESOLUTION NO. 2021-020
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH CLAPSADDLE-GARBER ASSOCIATES,
INC., OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $108,000, FOR CONSTRUCTION RELATED
SERVICES, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2021
LEVERSEE ROAD LIFT STATION PROJECT, CONTRACT
NO. 983, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated January 19, 2021, between Clapsaddle-Garber
Associates, Inc., of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$108,000 for construction related services, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Leversee Road Lift
Station Project, Contract No. 983, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed
to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January 2021.
