RESOLUTION NO. 2021-022
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT TERMINATION
AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF IOWA, AND CRYSTAL
DISTRIBUTION SERVICES, INC., CONTRACT 18-TC-010,
FOR A PROJECT THAT DID NOT COMMENCE FORWARD
WITH ANY STATE OF IOWA INCENTIVES, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Contract Termination Agreement with the State of Iowa, and Crystal Distribution
Services, Inc., Contract 18-TC-010, for a project that did not commence forward with any State
of Iowa incentives, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January 2021.
