My name is Lindsay Plett and I am a teacher at Gladbrook-Reinbeck Elementary. We are planning our 2nd
annual Find Your Passion Day with our elementary students. Find Your Passion Day is an afternoon where
our K-6 students will have the opportunity to choose sessions that interest them. So we are emailing to see if
you would be willing to share your passion for aviation with our students.
Here are some of the details:
• Four 25 minute sessions will take place on Thursday, April 9, 2020 from 12:30-2:30
(number of sessions you lead will vary depending on the number of students who sign up)
• Students will be grouped by grades K-3 and 4-6, so if your activity is more appropriate for a certain age
group, let me know.
• About 20 students per session
• The more interactive/hands-on you can make your presentation the better.
Thank you for your consideration. Let me know if you are interested and I will get you on my list. Then I will
make contact with you at the beginning of April to let you know the number of sessions you will lead.
