of the State of Iowa,Crystal Distribution Services,Inc.(Recipient), 1656 Sycamore Street,
Waterloo, IA 50703 and the City of Waterloo(Community),715 Mulberry St.,Waterloo, IA 50703.
Pursuant to the Recipient's request and Article 10.12(a)of the above-referenced Contract,
Contract 18-TC-010 is hereby terminated as of the effective date stated above.
