NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the I 1th
day of June, 2012, at 5:30 p.m. In the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the request by Cedar
Valley Tech Works Inc. for a 'M -2,P11
Planned Industrial District site plan
amendment for approximately 27 acres
of land for the Tech Works Campus re-
Jevolopment project,.The Green at Tech
Nork8Project, and the Deere Museum
project, legally described as follows:
-of 1, Techfttks Addition to City of We-
erloo, Iowa, and those parts of Auditor's'
=alts Avenue & Mullen Avenue Pht P-1
ted W. Commercial;Street andi Lot 1,
Tech Works Addition, on the East by said
Lot 1, and on the South by Tract "A" of
TechWorks Addition sand the Northerly
right of way line of Westfield Avenue as
presently established, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Anyone interested may appear at that
time and place and be heard or may file
written objection with the City Clerk, City
Hall, in Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing.
