RESOLUTION NO. 2020-848
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY JANITORIAL SERVICES
CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Division Manager of said City to prepare and file specifications, bid documents,
etc., in conjunction with the Public Works Facility Janitorial Services Contract, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Division Manager did file said specifications, bid
documents, etc., in conjunction with the Public Works Facility Janitorial Services Contract, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November 23, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction with the Public
Works Facility Janitorial Services Contract, are hereby approved, and said project proceed in
accordance with said specifications.
