RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO'S PURCHASING PROCEDURES POLICY TO APPROVE
THE PURCHASE OF A 2019 FORD ECONOLINE V1PW VAN WITH
SIXTEEN (16) FOOT RAMP, FOR THE SANITATION
DEPARTMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $37,120, FROM ENTERPRISE
TRUCK RENTAL OF SPRING LAKE PARK, MINNESOTA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of a 2019 Ford Econoline V1PW Van with sixteen (16) foot ramp, for the
Sanitation Department, in the amount of $37,120, from Enterprise Truck Rental of Spring Lake
Park, Minnesota, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February 2021.
