RESOLUTION NO. 2021-034
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS MARCH
1, 2021 TO APPROVE THE UNIVERSITY AVENUE AREA URBAN
RENEWAL AND REDEVELOPMENT PLAN, SETTING DATE OF
CONSULTATION WITH AFFECTED TAXING ENTITIES AS
FEBRUARY 12, 2021, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 1st day of March, 2021, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon approving the University Avenue Area Urban
Renewal and Redevelopment Plan, and setting date of consultation with taxing entities as
February 12, 2021.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and consultation with taxing entities, in the Waterloo Courier.
