RESOLUTION NO. 2021-058
RESOLUTION APPROVING A RECURRING MASTER
EQUITY LEASE AGREEMENT WITH ENTERPRISE LEASING
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, TO LEASE TWENTY-THREE (23)
VEHICLES FOR POLICE ADMINISTRATIVE AND
INVESTIGATIVE STAFF, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the recurring Master Equity Lease Agreement with Enterprise Leasing of Waterloo,
Iowa, to lease twenty-three (23) vehicles for police administrative and investigative staff, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February 2021.
