RESOLUTION NO. 2021-062
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated February 1, 2021, between Walter and Kelly Reed and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with the rehabilitation of property located at the
corner of Beech Street and Webster Street, identified as parcel no. 8913-24-227-010, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February 2021.
