RESOLUTION NO. 2021-064
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
DENOVO MARKETING, LLC, OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA,
TO PROVIDE CONSULTING SERVICES AND GUIDE THE
2030 WATERLOO COMMUNITY VISION AND STRATEGIC
PLAN, IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated February 1, 2021, between DeNovo Marketing,
LLC, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $50,000, to
provide consulting services and guide the 2030 Waterloo Community Vision and Strategic Plan,
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February 2021.
