RESOLUTION NO. 2021-069
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.,
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$83,500, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2021 CENTER
FOR THE ARTS PARKING IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE 3,
NORTHWEST HALF, CONTRACT NO. 1004, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated February 1, 2021, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$83,500, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Center for the Arts Parking Improvements, Phase 3,
Northwest Half, Contract No. 1004, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed
to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February 2021.
