ORDINANCE NO. 5586 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY THIRTY-NINE (39) ACRES FROM "A-1" AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO "M-2,P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, LOCATED EAST OF 2971 INDEPENDENCE AVENUE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the request by the City of Waterloo to rezone approximately thirty-nine (39) acres from "A-1" Agricultural District to "M-2,P" Planned Industrial District, located East of 2971 Independence Avenue, and legally described as follows: THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 89 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST OF THE 5TH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA. shall be and is hereby approved.
