RESOLUTION NO. 2014-565A
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH REPLACEMENT OF THE BI-FOLD
DOOR ON HANGAR #2 AT THE WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2014-564A, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with Replacement of the
Bi-Fold Door on Hangar #2 at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by
this Council after the public hearing on July 7, 2014 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 2014 .
