RESOLUTION NO. 2014-569A
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE WATERLOO PUBLIC LIBRARY RESTROOM
RENOVATION.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2014-568A, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the Waterloo Public
Library Restroom Renovation, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing
on July 14, 2014 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day July, 2014 .
