RESOLUTION NO. 2014-570A
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH JANITORIAL SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed specifications,
bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in
conjunction with Janitorial Services, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with Janitorial
Services, which were preliminarily approved by Resolution No.
2014-549 on June 23, 2014, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 14,
2014 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with
Janitorial Services, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day o July, 2014 .
