RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF BLACK HAWK
COUNTY GAMING ASSOCIATION GRANT AGREEMENT
#FY14-24 AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Grant Agreement #FY14-24 dated July 7, 2014, in the amount
of $90, 000 . 00, with a City match of $15, 000 . 00, to be used for a
new Byrnes Park Tennis Headquarters, by and between the Black
Hawk County Gaming Association and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 2014 .
