RESOLUTION NO. 2014-576
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY NICHOLS CONSTRUCTION, INC. OF EVANSDALE,
IOWA IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2014 CEDAR
VISTA SHELTER PROJECT, AND ACCEPTING THE
WORK.
WHEREAS, Nichols Construction, Inc. of Evansdale, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor at a total cost of $68, 000 . 00 in
conjunction with the F. Y. 2014 Cedar Vista Shelter Project, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 2014 .
