RESOLUTION NO. 2014-578
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MANAGEMENT,
TRANSPORTATION, AND LAND APPLICATION PORTION
OF THE BIOSOLIDS CONTRACT WITH NUTRI-JECT
SYSTEMS, INC. , OF HUDSON, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Management, Transportation, and Land Application portion
of the Biosolids Contract dated July 7, 2014, for a cost of living
rate increase of 4 . 5 percent from $17 . 10 w/t (weight per ton) to
$17 . 88 w/t (weight per ton) effective August 1, 2014, by and
between Nutri-Ject Systems, Inc. of Hudson, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 2014 .
