RESOLUTION NO. 2014-585
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF EMULSIONS
FOR THE FY15 SEAL COATING PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Public Works Director of said City to
prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the Purchase of
Emulsions for the FY15 Seal Coating Program, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost,
etc. , in conjunction with the Purchase of Emulsions for the FY15
Seal Coating Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the
Purchase of Emulsions for the FY15 Seal Coating Program, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day o July, 2014 .
