RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN
SECTION 2 . 3 (1) FINAL PLAT SUBMITTAL, AND
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF
GREENBELT CENTRE PLAT NO. 6.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision
Ordinance in Section 2 . 3 (1) Final Plat Submittal, and the
Preliminary and Final Plat of Greenbelt Centre Plat No. 6, be and
the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 2014 .
