RESOLUTION NO. 2014-589
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MAIN STREET WATERLOO AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 14, 2014, at
a cost of $40, 000 . 00 for FY 15, to provide technical and
professional assistance in connection with the redevelopment of
downtown Waterloo, by and between Main Street Waterloo and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 2014 .
