RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF ASSESSMENT
FOR 1618 NEWELL STREET IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following assessment be and the same is hereby
abated:
1618 Newell Street
Sewer/Garbage/Storm Water Assessment - $177 . 11
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment be and the same
hereby cancelled and the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed
1 to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of July, 2014 .
