RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO ULTRAMAX AMMUNITION OF RAPID CITY,
SOUTH DAKOTA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH PURCHASE OF
FY15 AMMUNITION SUPPLIES FOR THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$36, 500 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Ultramax Ammunition of Rapid City, South
Dakota, in an amount not to exceed $36, 500 . 00, in conjunction
with the purchase of FY15 Ammunition Supplies for the Police
Department described in the specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said purchase with Resolution No. 2014-572A,
after public hearing on July 14, 2014 on published notice
required by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day July, 2014 .
