RESOLUTION NO. 2014-623
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE EAST FIFTH STREET PARKING GARAGE
REPAIRS .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2014-622, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the East Fifth Street
Parking Garage Repairs, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
July 28, 2014 as prescribed by statute.
1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of July, 2014 .
