RESOLUTION NO. 2014-622
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE EAST FIFTH STREET
PARKING GARAGE REPAIRS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed specifications,
bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in
conjunction with the East Fifth Street Parking Garage Repairs, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the East
Fifth Street Parking Garage Repairs, which were preliminarily
approved by Resolution No. 2014-587 on July 7, 2014, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 28,
2014 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the
East Fifth Street Parking Garage Repairs, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of July, 2014 .
