RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE
AND CONVEYANCE OF CITY OWNED INTEREST IN
PROPERTY, PARCEL ID 8913-24-312-017 TO
RAYMOND HAYES, FOR $4, 000 . 00, PLUS COSTS, AS
AUGUST 11, 2014, AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN HAROLD E.
GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO,
IOWA, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the llth day of
August, 2014, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a
request to sell and convey City owned interest in property,
Parcel ID 8913-24-312-017, to Raymond Hayes, and legally
described as follows :
Cooley Addition, one-third interest of Southeast 60
feet Lot 6, Block 63, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, State of Iowa;
for $4, 000 . 00, plus costs .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of July, 2014 .
